What It Is

How We Used It

We used this resource in our Young Adult Bible Studies and Sunday School classes. We used the materials provided to learn about how to follow and seek after God’s dreams for our lives. 

What We Like

In this book, Mark Batterson delivers a bold message to the reader. In a well written and easy to understand way, Batterson challenges and confronts the reader with a way to achieve their goals and reach their dreams. This book inspires Christ followers to follow God’s dream for their lives despite difficulty and hardship. It reminds us of how awe inspiring and intentional the Lord is with us. This is a curriculum wrapped around this book In a Pit with a Lion on a Snowy Day. The videos of Mark teaching are great. He is a great communicator. Our young adults resonated with his personal stories and communication style.

What Could Be Better

If you liked the book, you will like the curriculum. If you loved the book, you might be frustrated with it. This leaves out major sections of the book, in fact, it is a stand alone piece. The videos are becoming dated, but the content is still strong. Overall, there is not much to pick a part of this series.
